Head of production m/w/d
as a full-time position
These tasks await you:
- Overall responsibility for the planning and implementation of worldwide filming
- Preparation of calculations for commissioned, co- and funded productions
- Negotiation of production budgets with clients and partners
- Control and monitoring of production budgets
- Negotiation and drafting of contracts with staff, service providers, motive providers, etc.
- Formation and acquisition of the production team
- Close cooperation with all interfaces involved in the project
Your profile:
- Several years of experience in production management/recording management
- Sound knowledge of the processes in a (documentary) film production
- Confidence in leadership and a high degree of responsibility
- Quick comprehension and strong organizational and communication skills
- Analytical and solution-oriented way of thinking and acting
- Ability to work under pressure as well as an independent and well-structured way of working
- Very good Sesame and MS Office skills
- Very good English skills
