Welcome Home: Burning Man

The "Burning Man", an approximately 15-meter-high wooden figure, is the focal point of a festival in the Nevada desert, which sees almost 50,000 visitors. At the end of the Burning Man week, the wooden figure is burned in an extraordinary spectacle. The film accompanies the festivalgoers who, during these days, leave their everyday lives behind them to fully emerge into the spirit of the community and create their own universe in the desert.
