The Human Footprint

A human life in numbers: how much bread, how many liters of milk and how many kilograms of meat do we consume from the day we are born until the day we die? How many people do we meet - and can it possibly be true that by the end of our lives we have driven as far as the moon and back, and produced on average 35.8  tons of domestic waste?

BROADVIEW TV presents the German version of the British Channel 4 production "Human Footprint" and visualizes in spectacular footage, lavish sets and fascinating reconstructions the footprint left by an average German in the course of his life, calculating the impact he has on his environment as a consequence.
