EUROHEAR
Research into the genetic basis for hearing loss

In the EU research project EUROHEAR, world-leading scientists are researching the genetic basis of hearing impairment and deafness, which affects 22.5 million people across Europe, over a period of 5 years.

BROADVIEW TV took responsibility for the visualisation of the research work in this project, which directly or indirectly affects large parts of the European population. In a sophisticated short film, the highly complex processes in the inner ear were conveyed in an accessible and appealing way using the latest animation technology and also provided a stirring insight into an individual's fate.

In cooperation with the distribution partner German United Distributors, marketing was achieved throughout Europe, opening up new perspectives for millions of affected people.
