Together with costume designers and the set management, every detail from the crown to the sole is coordinated with the concept of a production. Together with four employees, journeymen and apprentices, she makes all the stage shoes herself that cannot be bought.
Singers' and actors' feet are naturally a sensitive area to work in. The stage shoes must be made in such a way that the performer does not have to give them a second thought during his work. On the other hand, the shoes can also have a great influence on the design of the stage character. So then the master shoemaker's credo is: "The performance also always has to do with the appearance!"
