Following the jury-meeting, Academy-ambassador Leopold Hoesch, in conjunction with the WDR and Piv Bernth, held a reception at the Marienburg in Cologne.
The 2018 semi-final judgings of the International Emmy® Awards were supported by the the Minister-President of North Rhine-Westphalia, the ZDF, the Film- und Medienstiftung NRW and the Landesanstalt für Medien NRW (LfM). All superstructures and electronic equipment were provided by the MMC Filmstudios Cologne. Further sponsors of the evening were Apple Tree Productions, the Dorint Hotel, Audi, Gosset Champagne and the Filmlounge.

DI Conforming Operator (m/w/d)
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Datensicherung, QC und Pflege aller Drehmaterialien und Projektdaten
- Conform Editing, Vorbereitung für Color Grading
- Mastering, Versionierung, Lokalisierung, Final QC, Archivierung
- Datenhandling zu anderen Abteilungen wie Ton, Musik oder externen Posthäusern
- Durchführen kleiner Retuschen, Herstellen von Layoutgrafiken
- Perspektivisch soll eine Weiterentwicklung und Übernahme von Aufgaben im Bereiche Farbkorrektur erfolgen, welche wir durch entsprechende Fortbildung unterstützen
Your profile:
Abgeschlossenes Studium in einer relevanten Fachrichtung oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung entsprechend der Aufgabenbeschreibung
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Davinci Resolve, Avid Media Composer sowie Adobe CC Produkten
- Gespür für Bildgestaltung, Dramaturgie und Storytelling
- Fundiertes technisches Hintergrundwissen zu Postproduktionsprozessen
- Interesse an Dokumentarfilmen und aktuellen gesellschaftlichen Themen
- Sehr sorgfältige, zuverlässige, selbstständige und organisierte Arbeitsweise
- a very good perceptive faculty
- a distinct capacity for communication and teamwork
- substantial MS-Office skills
- very good oral and written English skills
