COMED European Research for a Healthier Future
Following the success of the APPEAR project, the EU Commission has again entrusted BROADVIEW TV with the production of high-value scientific features about pioneering achievements in the field of medical research.
The European Commission set up the funding programme FP7 with its special division HEALTH to improve the health of European citizens and to boost the competitiveness of health-related research in Europe. Within this framework programme BROADVIEW TV and United Docs have been commissioned under the project name COMED to communicate the results and activities of groundbreaking health research to the general public by producing and distributing state-of-the art science films on EU-funded research projects. Besides statements from Europe’s top-ranking scientists, innovative 3D-bio-animations will visualize complex body processes and elaborate film concepts will present the research topics in both an entertaining and comprehensible manner.
Within the framework of COMED, BROADVIEW TV, serves as project coordinator and is responsible for the production, the marketing and the online dissemination of the science documentaries.
