Science

BROADVIEW TV has been involved in a variety of pan-European scientific projects for the EU Commission since 2001, performing a range of tasks such as project coordination and the production of image films. Projects to date have concentrated on ground-breaking research in the sectors of information technology and medicine, involving leading scientists from research institutions across Europe.

In this context BROADVIEW TV has fulfilled the mission of making the subject of the research in each case more accessible to the general public, in order to reduce the gap between science and society.

In its capacity as project coordinator BROADVIEW TV produces top-quality image films, supervises publicity and creates websites, working with such respected partners as German United Distribution and the international educational publisher Klett to ensure success; audiences in their millions throughout Europe have been reached by means of high-value media communication and professional distribution. COMED, the current project, has been launched in 2008; it features ten ground-breaking medical research projects which are on the point of achieving outstanding results, presenting them in an accessible and fascinating manner.
